The location was great, minutes from a subway station, if you need it. There were extremely pleasant and modern rooms with a shared bathroom, good breakfast and comfy beds

The welcoming staff assisted with our luggage and provided great dining recommendations, making our stay much more enjoyable. However, the absence of a lift was inconvenient, especially when carrying heavy bags.

The stay was good and very convenient to go around London city as it was right across the Kings Cross Station. However, the rooms were very small. We got the room on third floor and there were no elevators. Imagine lifting 4 big bags of a family three floors on your own...If you are there with a bag-pack then its fine. Also, we didn't receive any help from hotel staff to carry the bags upstairs. Otherwise the hotel was not bad and the best thing was the location.

a well-appointed hotel, my first choice in london. clean property with extremely helpful and very amiable staff at the reception desk. absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location to trains, just close to a style church. simple check-in, well decorated rooms with balcony and good breakfast, for instance.

The hotel (even though it would be better to call it hostel) is very well located exactly in front of King's Cross station. It is quite clean and they change towel every day. Breakfast is good and huge: having English breakfast you can skip lunch, saving money. Staff is very nice, they waited for us until 00.40 because our flight was delayed.
Rooms are very small, the smallest I've ever seen in my travelling life, but if you just use them to sleep and have a shower, they are ok. The bed is small, as well. Sometimes the bathroom is noisy at night. Breakfast room is sometimes too small for the amount of guests they have: the first morning we went downstairs for breakfast and there were no seats for us, we had to wait for about 15 minutes. However on the second and third day we didn't have this problem.

Very closed to St Pancras Station. Very good. Room incuding bathroom. Very rare
Expensive. But normal in London.

Central hotel is well located, right near King's Cross station so you can travel pretty much anywhere in London easily. Breakfast staff was very friendly. Good location for the price.
The rooms are extremely small, in desperate need of an upgrade. But, everything was very clean and worth the price. Some of the desk staff was not very friendly. When we asked for some directions, the staff did not provide any information.

The top floor single room was very small but it was also clean and efficiently laid out. Location can't be beat. Very close to transit and sites.
The bed had a very simple foam mattress which lacked support. Ok for a short stay. Breakfast staff could benefit from customer service training, a bit dour.

We were taking the Eurostar the following morning so this was a great location - and relatively cheap for London. We left too early for breakfast, but could help ourselves. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean, but small. Staff were helpful and, typically, we were able to leave our baggage early in the day before we checked in.
We were at the top of the house. There was no lift.
